Detchant is a family run farm growing cereals and producing prime beef cattle, nestling between the magnificent Northumberland coastline and the beautiful Cheviot Hills. The farm is in the Countryside Stewardship Scheme and other environmental schemes. At present, the land is in the process of becoming fully Organic. Our daughters have a free range egg business which supplies some of the major British retailers. So you know your eggs in the morning will be fresh and delicious! Many of guests say it is the peace and tranquility of our location that brings them back.
